— OFFERINGS · THE PRACTICE

Yoga

A practice of body, breath, and awareness — rooted in tradition, shaped around you.

Explore the Practice

Yoga is much more than physical movement. At the heart of the practice are asana, pranayama, meditation, and self-study — tools that work together to cultivate a deeper relationship with the body, breath, and mind.

01

Asana

The Physical Practice

Asana develops strength, mobility, balance, stability, and body awareness. Rather than simply moving from one pose to another, I use asana to explore how the body moves, where we hold tension, and how we can create greater ease and awareness.

02

Pranayama

Working With the Breath

The breath is one of the most powerful tools in yoga. Pranayama practices help develop breath awareness, concentration, steadiness, and a deeper understanding of the relationship between breath and the nervous system.

03

Meditation & Self-Study

Turning Attention Inward

Yoga gives us practices for becoming more aware of our thoughts, habits, reactions, and patterns. Meditation and self-study allow the practice to extend beyond the mat and into everyday life.

A WORD FROM SHIVANI

"Yoga is not simply something we do. It is a way of paying attention to how we live."

— WHAT TO EXPECT —

Every session, thoughtfully shaped

01

Rooted in Tradition

Teaching grounded in the authentic lineage of yoga — asana, pranayama, and philosophy woven together, not just a workout on a mat.

02

Adapted to You

No two practices look the same. Each session is designed around your body, your history, and where you are that day — not a fixed curriculum.

03

Beyond the Physical

Breath, awareness, and self-study are woven into every session — because the practice is most powerful when it touches the whole person.

Authentic to its roots. Relevant to modern life.

My teaching is grounded in the traditional teachings of yoga while adapting the practices to the individual. I draw from asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy to create a practice that is both authentic to its roots and relevant to modern life.

"Yoga is not simply something we do. It is a way of paying attention to how we live."
