A space for self study and understanding where yoga , life and personal experience meet.
As a teenager, I carried one simple question with me: Who am I? Somewhere along the way, life happened, and the question faded into the background. Years later, yoga brought it back. Since then, I have been writing, observing, questioning, and studying myself, my thoughts, my emotions, and this ever evolving human mind.I am curious about what yoga reveals beyond physical practice. The mystery, the mysticism, the moments that cannot always be explained. I don’t feel the need to have an answer for everything.
In fact, I think some things are more beautiful when they remain unknown.I write about what I notice, what I experience, what I question, and sometimes what I simply cannot explain.
This is my journey into the unknown. Come explore with me.
